Spring brings three authors to Putnoe Library

  • 24th May: Rowan Coleman ‘Summer of Impossible Things’
  • 30th May: Ben Kane ‘Clash of Empires’
  • 12th June: Ruth Hogan ‘The Wisdom of Sally Red Shoes’
Putnoe Library will be hosting three author visits this May and June.

On the 24th May at 6.30pm, Sunday Times best-selling author, Rowan Coleman, will be talking to us about her latest book, `The Summer of Impossible Things’.

Followed by Historical fiction author, Ben Kane, who will be talking about his new book, ‘Clash of Empires’, on the 30th May at 7pm.

Finally, on the 12th June at 7pm, Richard and Judy Book Club winner and Sunday Times best-selling author, Ruth Hogan, will be talking about her latest novel, ‘The Wisdom of Sally Red Shoes’.

Cllr Sarah-Jayne Holland said: “Our libraries are a fantastic local service where you can meet with family and friends, browse the stock, borrow books, use a PC or access free Wifi. This is a great opportunity to come along and meet the authors and encourage anyone who is interested to come along to the events”.
