If you have a learning disability and want to increase the ability to find a job and keep it, then the Supported Employment Service may be able to help. 

Supported employment:

• supports people with disabilities in regards to ongoing employment (paid and voluntary)
• assists with job seeking, obtaining and maintaining employment
• assists with inductions, work reviews and agreed regular contact support for the employee and the employer
• provides support where appropriate to explore Access to Work applications for funding to support job coaches, use of technology, specialised equipment and travel arrangements
• provides advice and guidance around accessing and contacting JobCentre Plus and the Department of Work and Pensions advisors

They can give you an assessment, and if you are eligible then you can be referred to the Supported Employment Service.
