Southfields Community Centre is on Southfields Road, Kempston, near the fire station and close to the skate park. A number of community groups use the centre every week and a thriving Childcare Centre offers a range of different sessions.

The centre can accommodate up to 70 people for seated functions and 100 people for other types of function. There is access and toilet facilities for the disabled, but the gallery area of the main hall is accessible only to those able to use the stairs. A large car park in front of the building is shared with users of the sports pitches, bowling green and tennis courts.
