For a wide range of reasons, a number of young people are placed in our care.

Some will stay in residential units run by Children's Services while others will be given family placements with foster carers or placed for adoption. 

Once these young people reach adulthood many of them become care leavers and continue to need our support. In all of these circumstances it is recognised that this is a highly emotional and stressful time for these young people. We support the needs of these young people and minimise the risk of them becoming victims of crime and anti-social behaviour.
