Workforce shadowing provides a unique and exciting opportunity to gain experience of practice outside your organisation or service. To discover how other people work and to understand other peoples’ job roles and priorities. This enables all those involved in the scheme greater understanding and more effective integrated working to promote better outcomes for families.
