Household Waste Recycling Centre acceptance and access policy

Bedford Borough Council has revised the permit scheme to effectively manage the site. Information requested for the processing of permits will be stored by the Council on a database and will be used to manage the scheme.

Where monitoring of the scheme identifies misuse, the Council reserves the right to issue warnings or ban users from the site. Any abuse or violence towards staff will not be tolerated and will result in the offender being banned from site indefinitely. The site is monitored by CCTV for the purposes of crime prevention and public safety. The images are controlled by the site contractor.
