Our normal service standard is that initial action will be taken within 5 - 10 Working Days. Further extended timescales may be required on a case to case basis, dependent on the location, type of report, or any other special circumstance which requires works to be carried outside normal or scheduled operations.  (Will not apply to domestic Pest report process)

If you are reporting a dangerous incident that requires urgent attention, then action will be taken within 24hrs if reported on a normal Working Day.
