If you want to run a car boot sale within the boundary of the town centre you will need a licence.

We only issue licences if the money raised from car boot sales benefits local residents and are organised by charitable, sport, educational or community groups.

The boundary is six and two third miles from the charter market in Bedford town centre.

Licences cost £25 and allow up to 10 car boot sales in a calendar year (January to December).

You must be a nominated representative of your organisation and provide the Charity Registration Number where relevant.
