The Garden of Remembrance is divided into the four seasons of the year. Cremated remains may be dispersed in any of the seasons, it is usual for the dispersals to take place in the season that the death occurred, however dispersals can happen in any season that the family wish. The Gardens are designed to be at their best during the season in which the death occurred.

Friends and family are welcome to attend the dispersal of their loved one, however if they do not wish to witness this, the office staff will be happy to carry out the dispersal on their behalf.

Staff at the cemetery and crematorium office are happy to discuss memorial options by appointment, please email memorials@bedford.gov.uk or ring (01234) 718150 to make an appointment.
