There are no rules to say that you must use a funeral director when it comes to making the arrangements for a funeral. All arrangements can be made by the family without the use of funeral directors.

You can also make an appointment to come in to the offices where a member of staff can sit down with you and go through all the necessary paperwork.

Norse Road Crematorium maximum coffin size
The maximum size of coffin that can be accepted at Norse Road Crematorium is 92” ( Length) x 40 “( Width) x 27” (Depth).
The maximum weight is 39 stone or 250kg.
Please ensure that coffin sizes are noted on the cremation or burial paperwork when it is submitted.
